Escape to the heart of the New Forest - Fir Trees offers a serene getaway that’s perfect for gatherings, a peaceful retreat or working location. This beautifully renovated cottage combines rustic charm with a unique interior design, featuring spacious open living spaces to sit by the log burner, or to look at the views.
Fir Trees offers plenty of outdoor space for games, and a decking area for sitting and soaking up the stunning woodland view. You'll often see deer grazing in the nearby fields in the early morning. Set within the countryside it is close to Fordingbridge and Salisbury, which has lots of nice shops, great places to eat. It is also just a short drive to the seaside and several other attractions.
Whether you’re dining under the stars, unwinding with a good book by the fire, or simply soaking in the tranquillity, Fir Trees promises a restorative escape like no other.
THE ESSENTIALS
The cottage has just been fully renovated, inside and out including a new kitchen and bathrooms. We have made it a special and inviting space, capturing the forest views and natural light.
The cottage sleeps up to 6 people (1 x super king bed, 1 x king bed & 2 singles).
The kitchen is modern and spacious, with a breakfast bar and beautiful open shelving. It looks onto the open plan living room and dining area.
The living room boasts a log burner, a comfy 3 seater sofa bed and has large French doors and opens onto the garden which gets the lovely afternoon light - a great spot to relax and unwind and watch nature at its best.
The downstairs twin bedroom is charming and perfect for children. The downstairs double bedroom has a king-size bed and a view over the garden. The family bathroom is wet room style, with an open sided shower and bath.
The upstairs bedroom has an ensuite and has a window seat with stunning views of the garden. The room boasts a super-king bed and desk for working. The bathroom has a free standing bath which sits in the window.
